PEAK SEASON (May 15 – Sept 15)
Lakeshore Lodge (64 people max – 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. approx. 32 tables and 150 chairs in the dining room area, gas grill)
Weekdays: $1000/night  Weekends: $1200/night
Cedar Grove Lodge (24 people max – 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gas grill on back porch)
Weekdays: $300/night  Weekends:  $375/night
Tamarack or Ponderosa Bunkhouse (24 bunks each, located next to the bath house)
Weekdays: $100/night  Weekends:  $125/night
Aspen (Handicap Access.) & Birch Cabins (both cabins have a sink, microwave, small fridge, toaster and coffee pot and gas grill on the porch)
Weekdays: $75/night  Weekends: $100/night
RV Parking  Weekdays: $20/night  Weekends: $25/night
Tent Sites  Weekdays: $10/night  Weekends:  $15/night
Day Use Fee: $5.00 per person.

OFF-SEASON (Sept 16– May 14)

Cedar Grove Lodge

CLEANING DEPOSITS:
(This deposit is refundable only by passing an inspection at check-out)
Lakeshore Lodge $600
Cedar Grove Lodge $300
Tamarack/Ponderosa $50 each
Aspen & Birch Cabins $50 each

SECURITY DEPOSITS:
Security deposit is 50% of your rental fee, not including Cleaning deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a cancellation becomes necessary for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your cleaning deposit and a refund of your security deposit will be returned based on advance notice according to the following chart.
• More than 6 months in advance – full refund of the security deposit will be returned.
• 3 – 6 months in advance – half of the security deposit will be returned.
• Less than 3 months – none of the security deposit will be returned.

However, if TLC Retreat is able to fill your vacated reservation dates with another reservation, your full security deposit will be returned at that time.

Facilities Available
Lakeshore Lodge — sleeps 64 (approx. 32 tables and 150 chairs in the dining room area, gas grill available, Traeger smoker—must provide your own pellets.)
Cedar Grove Lodge — sleeps 24 (Dining Space for 10-12, gas grill on back porch)
Aspen — sleeps 4 (handicap accessible) (has a sink, microwave, small fridge, toaster and coffee pot and gas grill on the porch)
Birch — sleeps 6 (has a sink, microwave, small fridge, toaster and coffee pot and gas grill on the porch)
2 Bunkhouses — sleeps 24 each, next to the bath house
11 RV Sites total. All sites have water, 10 sites have electric hookups. Use of handicap accessible bath house
7 Tent Sites—includes use of handicap accessible bath house
2 vehicle limit per camp/cabin site
