Off-Peak Season (Sept 16 – May 14th):

Weekdays: $30/night
Weekends: $35/night

Cleaning Deposit: $50
This deposit is refundable only by passing an inspection at check-out.

Security Deposit:
50% of your rental fee, not including the Cleaning deposit.
